Official licensees are the only entities legally authorized by the University to use any South Dakota School of Mines & Technology logos, trademarks, or word marks on merchandise for resale. Authorized vendors are listed below. If a vendor is interested in becoming a licensee, please refer them to Marlin Kinzer, University Licensing Director, to initiate the process. The initial fee to become licensed is $100. Thereafter, annual renewal fees are $50. 10% royalties apply. Please coordinate with Marketing & Communications on proper usage of logos & marks.
